How We Did!

Reece Goetz

 From Snohomish WA.

I am the Driver of the number 9, 360 and 410 sprint car, I started my sprint car career in 2011 running the local tracks of Washington state. After I grew out of the Quarter midgets I moved up into the 600 restricted micro sprints at Deming speedway, which within my second year I had won a championship. After that I took out the restrictors and moved into the open class, and coming into the 2010 season bringing me to become the National Clay Cup Champion. During that season I was doing double duty as well running a ford focus midget at Grays Harbor Raceway and Skagit speedway, where in 2011 I would find a championship in that division as well. Since 2011 I have been running my 360 sprint car localy, regionally, and nationally with ASCS. I have aquired two ASCS regional 3rd place podiums in the series points as well as a 2nd in the local series, and a hand full of national A main starts in Washington, Montana, Oregon, and Arizona. We cant wait for what 2015 season may bring, and we will be ready for whatever it throws at us.

Born in 1997, I've grown up in  Snohomish WA. I am curently a junior at Snohomish high school. Racing has been in my family sence day one. My dad used to race sprint cars on the pavement. I started racing at the age of 5. I raced quarter midgets at local and regional levels from 2002 to 2009. In 2010 I moved up to the Deming speedway running in the 600 restricted mini sprint division. After 2 years there I moved into the ford focus midgets in 2012. I raced with the Washington USAC series finishing 2nd in my first season. In both 2013 and 2014 I was the Washington USAC HPD midget champion. In my three seasons, I won 25 races. I also finished 4th in the Ecotech Midget division in the Tulsa Shootout. Now I will be moving up again. In 2015 I will be racing the #91 360 sprint car.
